From August 2 to 12, 2010, I traveled with a team from Grace Faith Church on a Short Term Missions trip to the country of Cambodia. This trip was born from a visit by Soeuth and Syna Lao, a missionary couple stationed in a lawless city called Poipet. They shared their powerful testimony of surviving the Killing Fields in the 1970s, then returning to serve as missionaries in their home country. A Vision Team traveled to Poipet in 2009 to see what the needs were in Poipet. After reporting their findings, GFC has commissioned two teams to Poipet as part of a long-term, multi-year ministry partnership.

While I was there, our team assisted in feeding children in the Santapheap Village, painting murals in a brand new church, as well as traveling to remote areas and visiting area churches. We continue to need your help in raising funds necessary to further the work being done in Poipet by our ministry partners, Seouth and Syna Lao.
